To do:

At some point we'll want to classify the different directions of ML. e.g. Computer Vision, Deep RL, Language Translation, etc.

Do we classify by underlying tech (e.g. DeepRL) or by function (e.g. Language Translation)?

Maybe it is not a case of one or t'other.

For now, let's work with what we need, and build out structure as needed:
